The Emirati Family Plan is exclusively available to UAE Emirati nationals. You need a valid original Emirates ID to subscribe. It is designed for all Emiratis — women, men, youth, high-net-worth individuals, and family decision-makers.
Both plans include the same unlimited 5G data, unlimited national minutes, 10 GB roaming, and 3 streaming services. The key difference is the 24-month plan includes a Free Gold Number (exclusive premium number) for new line activations, and costs AED 1,000/month. The No Contract plan is AED 700/month (after 30% off for 6 months) with no commitment.
Each additional line costs just AED 100/month (VAT exclusive). You can add up to 9 additional lines, for a total of 10 lines on one account. Every added member enjoys all the same unlimited benefits as the primary line.
A Gold Number is a premium, exclusive mobile number that comes only with new Emirati Family Plan line activations on the 24-month contract. Customers transferring from other networks (e.g., Etisalat/e&) or existing du customers are not eligible for the Gold Number, but can still enjoy all other plan benefits.
The 30% discount applies to the No Contract plan for the first 6 months — bringing the price from AED 1,000 to AED 700/month, saving you AED 300/month (AED 1,800 total over 6 months). After 6 months, the standard rate of AED 1,000/month applies.
Order your SIM between 10 AM and 8 PM and it will be delivered to your door within 1 hour. Make sure to have your original Emirates ID ready when the delivery agent arrives. This is an exclusive benefit of the Emirati Family Plan.
Yes — the No Contract version has no cancellation fees. If you cancel within the first month, your used services will be prorated and billed. For the 24-month contract, early termination will result in a termination fee and number deactivation.
