What is the discount offer on Power Plans? +
When you subscribe to selected Power Plans, you receive up to a 50% discount valid for 6 months. This offer is available exclusively for new Postpaid customers subscribing to a selected plan.
What are Flexi minutes? +
Flexi minutes can be used for national calls within the UAE and international calls to 166 destinations. They are for personal use only and cannot be resold or commercially exploited.
What happens after my monthly benefits run out? +
Out-of-bundle charges apply. National calls: 32 fils/min. International calls: AED 1.26/min to 166 destinations, AED 3.78/min to other destinations. All inclusive of 5% VAT.
Will I be charged if I cancel during the contract? +
An early termination fee applies equal to one month's plan rate plus 5% VAT plus any additional usage. For Power Plan 500, the termination fee is AED 500 + 5% VAT = AED 525, plus any extra usage.
What documents do I need to subscribe? +
You need a valid original Emirates ID and a UAE bank-issued credit card to subscribe online. To subscribe in-store, visit any Time Makers outlet with your Emirates ID.
How do I check my balance? +
SMS 'Rewards' to 1233, or log in to My Account at myaccount.du.ae or the du App to check the balance of your free units.
