You pay a one-time upfront fee to own the number, and receive a free du Power Plan for the 12-month contract period.
Gold (AED 9,000) and Silver (AED 6,000) numbers both come with Power Plan 500 Data — unlimited 5G data, 1500 Flexi minutes, 10 GB roaming, and 4 streaming services free. Bronze (AED 3,000) comes with Power Plan 200 — 13 GB data, 400 minutes, carry-over data, and Disney+. Special (AED 1,200) comes with Power Plan 125 — 4 GB data, 100 minutes.
No — the special number upfront fee (AED 9,000 / 6,000 / 3,000 / 1,200) is non-refundable. If you cancel during the 12-month contract period, the upfront fee will not be returned and early termination charges also apply.
Yes — the special number is yours to keep. After the 12-month contract ends, you can renew your postpaid plan at standard rates. The premium number remains yours as long as your account remains active.
Flexi minutes can be used for national calls within the UAE and international calls to 166 destinations. They are for personal use only. Gold and Silver plans include 1500 Flexi minutes; Bronze includes 400; Special includes 100.
Open the du App → tap 3-dot menu → go to "My Favourites" → select and activate your eligible services (Disney+, Amazon Prime, OSN+, Shahid VIP). Download each app and log in with your du mobile number. All subscriptions are free for 12 months and do not auto-renew.
